# Changelog, August and September 2025: redirects and a page tree

Late summer brought redirects managed in Sanity, a page tree view, cached navigation and an API version ready for releases. Here is the detail.

After a quiet July, August caught up on packages and September shipped two features editors notice straight away.

## Redirects that follow your content

A Sanity function now creates redirects when a published document changes, and Next.js reads them. Rename a slug and the old URL keeps working, without anyone filing a ticket.

## A page tree for editors

Pages can now be browsed as a tree that mirrors the site structure, with tidier spacing in the pathname field. Finding the page you want stops being a search exercise.

## Under the hood

- The default API version now includes support for content releases.
- Navbar data is cached, so it is not refetched on every request.
- The deploy action no longer fails when the production Studio hostname is missing.
- The Studio uses the icon rather than the full logo, and a duplicate Unsplash plugin was removed.

Content moves. Your URLs should not break when it does.
